Champion continuous improvement and measure impact.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in business process improvement
Experience with Agile, Lean, and DevOps
Strong documentation and diagramming skills
Document and analyze complex processes using Visio or LucidChart
Facilitation to elicit requirements from diverse stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in business management, strategy, or related field
