🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in aerospace, mechanical, manufacturing engineering, or equivalent.
- 3+ years in aerospace or precision manufacturing with mission-critical hardware.
- 3+ years direct additive operations experience, powder-based preferred.
- Experience authoring work instructions and process procedures.
- Experience interfacing with design, manufacturing, and production teams.
- Experience driving projects in fast-paced environments.
