Collaborate with PM, Eng, Support, Security, IT to meet customer needs.
Address scalability, reliability gaps, and tech debt; lead remediation.
On-call escalation point for production incidents; guide troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

CI/CD implementations; Cloud (AWS); DNS and networking; Linux administration; performance tuning.
Experience with Java and/or Go services; scalable cloud infrastructure.
AWS EC2/IAM/VPC; Terraform and Packer.
Kentik or Splunk observability platforms.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and clear technical communication.
Experience leading multi-team initiatives and release management.
