🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
- 20+ years in continuous process plants or similar.
- Expert in electrical infrastructure design for substations and power distribution.
- Experience designing, procuring, installing, and supporting power distribution equipment.
- Expertise in load flow, short circuit, motor starting, protective devices, arc flash.
- Knowledge of IEEE, API, and industry electrical codes; EPC/Owner experience.
