Sr. Platform Engineer

📋 Description

• Own multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters across regions, delivering 99.999% uptime
• Build automation with Go operators, GitOps, Helm, Terraform
• Define networking, RBAC, policies, quotas, and multi-tenancy isolation
• Lead observability using Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry to meet SLOs
• Drive security with Sigstore, SBOMs, and OPA in CI/CD
• Troubleshoot production issues; lead postmortems; mentor engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in platform/infra engineering; 2+ years operating Kubernetes in production
• Hands-on Kubernetes internals: control plane, etcd, scheduling, HPA/VPA, CA, upgrades
• Experience in Go and Python for operators, controllers, CLI tools
• Cloud networking: CNI, Ingress, Istio; observability with Prometheus & Grafana
• Multi-cloud ops across AWS/GCP/Azure; EKS/GKE/AKS
• eBPF/Cilium and zero-trust implementations
