📋 Description

  • Lead and drive reporting updates within client teams for decision‑making
  • Maintain and evolve a paid media plan flowchart, updating as needed
  • Monitor competitive activity; provide actionable insights for campaigns
  • Apply advanced knowledge of syndicated media and data resources
  • Communicate media objectives and guidelines to teams and clients
  • Coordinate with media partners; negotiate, schedule meetings, gather specs

🎯 Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in media operations, advertising, or related roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field and/or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of media planning, reporting, and optimization techniques
  • Proficiency in ad server platforms and media analytics tools such as CM360
  • Proficiency in Nielsen, Catalyst, Pathmatics, SpyFu, or Kantar is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
