🎯 Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience
- BS/BA degree (preferred)
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Phlebotomy Certificate (if required by State)
- Knowledge of PHI and HIPAA privacy standards
- Ability to adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
