Obtains blood specimens via venipuncture and finger sticks.
Maintains specimen integrity with aseptic technique and procedures.
Tracks specimens by initials, dating, and collection times.
Maintains quality results by following procedures; recording results in the QC log.
Maintains a safe, compliant work environment per standards and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 5 years phlebotomy experience
BS/BA degree (preferred)
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
Phlebotomy Certificate (if required by State)
HIPAA/PHI privacy and general compliance training to be completed within 30 days of hire
Maintain current status on Natera training requirements
