- Deep expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads at $1M+ annual spend in B2B SaaS.
- Paid search track record for freemium/PLG with high signups and short cycles.
- Analytics: GA4, Looker/Tableau, BigQuery, and spreadsheets.
- Creative judgment; write ad copy and landing-page tests; pick winners.
- Attribution models (last-touch, data-driven, MMM) and AI/answer engines familiarity.
- 6+ years paid search, incl. 3+ years in B2B SaaS freemium/PLG; certs preferred.
