Execute the People Technology roadmap across AI, automation, and system integrations.
Own change management and adoption for major People Tech initiatives.
Establish governance across systems: access controls, CAB, and ITGC.
Ensure Darwinbox remains the system of record within payroll/finance ecosystem.
Lead cross-system design thinking for data models, integrations, and reporting.
Partner with senior stakeholders in People, Finance, and IT to align priorities.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in People Technology, HRIS, or Digital HR transformation.
Proven experience leading large-scale People Tech programs and implementations.
Strong expertise in change management and global adoption.
Deep understanding of HR systems, integrations, and data architecture.
Experience with payroll systems (ADP preferred) and enterprise integrations.
Strong governance mindset with ITGC, audit, and compliance familiarity.
