Sr. People Tech Specialist

📋 Description

• Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to deliver scalable HR tech solutions.
• Focus on Workday and key HR platforms; integrate SaaS and cloud tools.
• Improve HR programs: HCM, compensation, benefits, talent, absence, and experiences.
• Champion AI adoption and experimentation to boost People processes.
• Lead end-to-end HR transformation projects with adoption, testing, and training.
• Create training materials and provide advanced support for HR partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years HR tech experience configuring and supporting HRIS tools (Workday).
• Proven ability to lead tech projects from concept through implementation.
• Strategic, innovative thinker who bridges technical and business perspectives.
• Excellent communicator with stakeholder management, business analysis, and user training.
• Familiar with HR domains: talent, performance, compensation, benefits, onboarding.
