🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Experience supporting global or dual-region orgs (US, India preferred)
  • Excellent collaboration, proactive communication, relationship building, and influencing
  • Strong leadership presence; confidently challenges to drive outcomes with trust
  • Coaching managers on performance, employee relations, and org diagnostics
  • Deep understanding of business drivers like pipeline, ramp, retention, and productivity
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
