🎯 Requirements

- Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Darwinbox, ADP, or similar).
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in fast-paced SaaS or technology-driven organizations is highly preferred.
