📋 Description

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, promotions).
  • Serve as first point of contact for employees via ticketing system.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate benefits, payroll input validation, leave, and attendance.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality People Ops services.
  • Support multiple initiatives and projects based on business needs.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in People Operations or HR Ops.
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms (e.g., Darwinbox, ADP, or similar).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Slack.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced SaaS or technology-driven organizations is highly preferred.
