🎯 Requirements
- Strong People Operations operator with ownership of critical systems.
- 7+ years in People Ops, HR Programs, or Talent Ops in scaling environments.
- Direct experience executing People programs with accuracy and accountability.
- Detail-oriented, data integrity, compliance, pay and employee records.
- Hands-on with HRIS, onboarding tools, and compliance workflows; redesign systems.
- Strong judgment on operational/regulatory risk; partner with Legal and Finance.
- Cross-functional: Recruiting, IT, Security, Workplace, Finance.
- Motivated to build reliable, scalable ops; simplify complex processes.
