- Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior leaders
- Deep experience with performance management, calibrations, promotions, and organizational design
- Strong employee relations judgment navigating complex people situations
- Strong operator mindset balancing strategy and execution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
