🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of increasing PBP experience.
- MBA or postgraduate HR degree; certification a plus.
- Ability to work with individuals inside and outside Smartsheet with integrity.
- Exceptional data acumen; analyze employee data for insights.
- Continuing to build HR knowledge including employment laws.
- Ability to lead and drive impact through influence and trust.
