Own the design and development of PCB stack-ups for all Starship PCBs
Drive introduction of new materials with design engineers and supply chain
Create test plans and drive PCB reliability campaigns for volume production
Manage DFM as part of design releases and communications with PCB vendors
Identify trends to improve reliability, quality, and cost

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in materials science, chemical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering
5+ years of experience in PCB design, reliability, or fabrication
