Own design and development of PCB stackups for new PCB designs
Drive introduction of new materials with design engineers and supply chain
Create test plans and drive PCB reliability campaign for Starlink PCBs
Manage DFM during design releases, process documentation, and communication between engineering and vendor
Identify trends and opportunities for optimizing product output, quality and cost
Identify root cause and implement corrective actions for reliability failures

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in materials science, chemical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering
5+ years of experience in PCB reliability or PCB fabrication

🎁 Benefits

Pay range: $130,000 - $180,000 per year
