Sr. Payroll Specialist - EMEA

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end payroll processing for UK & Ireland.
• Review and coordinate payroll delivery for FR, DE, SG, AU.
• Partner with CloudPay and vendors to ensure accurate, on-time payroll.
• Use Workday to manage employee data and payroll inputs.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and tax requirements.
• Identify and drive process improvements, including automation and AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• UK & Ireland payroll expertise (essential).
• Experience in a multi-country payroll environment.
• Workday (HCM and/or payroll inputs).
• CloudPay or similar global payroll provider.
• Payroll compliance, statutory requirements, reconciliations and reporting.
• Automation and AI in payroll or finance operations.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
