Sr. Payroll Specialist

📋 Description

• Payroll execution for US and Lithuania payrolls.
• Support the transition to ADP; ensure data integrity and configuration.
• Maintain federal, state, and local payroll compliance.
• Manage tax filings, garnishments, and statutory filings to ensure timely submissions.
• Reconcile benefits withholding for 401(k), HSA/FSA, and insurance funding.
• Audit & documentation: maintain comprehensive records in accordance with controls and audit.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of progressive payroll experience in Financial Services or regulated fintech.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• ADP proficiency: implementing or managing ADP in multi-state environments.
• Strong knowledge of NY payroll regulations; experience scaling to multi-state/global locations.
• Understanding of payroll accounting: accruals and benefit funding reconciliations.
• CPP designation highly preferred.
• Proven disciplined execution in high-stakes environments.
