Sr. Payroll Manager

📋 Description

• Own US payroll end-to-end across multi-state and frequencies
• Manage 1–2 direct reports on the US payroll team
• Lead Canada payroll with CRA compliance and multi-province processing
• Drive AI adoption for reconciliation, detection, and reporting
• Oversee quarter-end, W-2s, year-end reconciliations and notices
• Maintain Workday payroll configuration and automate where possible

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years payroll experience; 3+ in senior/manager US payroll
• CPP certification
• Direct people management experience (1 FTE)
• Strong Workday payroll experience
• Equity compensation processing and tax expertise (RSUs/ISOs/NSOs)
• Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, and Legal
