📋 Description

• Independently resolve complex reconciliations, chargebacks, and adjustments.
• Handle escalated disputes, reversals, and adjustments with minimal supervision.
• Provide ACH and Check 21 return process expertise with regulatory compliance.
• Identify trends in failed payments and implement solutions to reduce recurrence.
• Collaborate with clients, banks, and internal stakeholders to resolve critical issues.
• Contribute to process improvements; mentor and train team members.

• Deep knowledge of banking operations, payment processing, and accounting.
• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making; anticipate risks.
• Excellent communication; experience managing escalated client or partner issues.
