- Experience with B2B SaaS vendors, marketplaces, or ecosystems.
- Strong organizational and process-building skills.
- Manage both long-tail and high-touch strategic partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Data-driven with experience tracking metrics and SLAs.
- Able to work hours aligned with Eastern Time.
