  • Experience building MSP or SaaS partner ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to recruit, enable, and manage partners.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • GTM planning and cross-functional collaboration (Sales/Marketing).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
