- Support commercial contracting across sales, procurement, and BD terms
- Be the Legal team's expert on procurement and CRM platforms
- Create and manage docket/files for litigation and IP matters
- Draft templates, manage contract terminations, and track metrics
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, pre-law, or related field
- 4+ years paralegal experience, incl 1 year in-house at a consumer tech company
- Strong contract management experience; redlining, e-signature, archiving; CLM/CRM tools
- Experience with litigation process and docketing
- Experience creating processes and templates for customer support escalations
- Experience using AI tools is a plus
