🎯 Requirements
- 5–8+ years in performance or growth marketing with CAC/ROI targets.
- Manage six- to seven-figure budgets across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, CTV.
- Full-funnel demand gen, attribution, and complex B2B sales cycles.
- Data modeling/analytics: forecasting CAC/LTV; Salesforce/GA/Marketo.
- Executive-ready communication and reporting.
- Agency/vendor leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
