Sr. Operations Engineer (Starlink Growth)

📋 Description

\n
• Own and lead major initiatives to improve Starlink retention and LTV.
\n
• Identify defects across engineering, product, and ops; design scalable solutions.
\n
• Analyze end-user metrics to uncover churn causes and growth opportunities.
\n
• Build, deploy, and maintain predictive models and analytical frameworks.
\n
• Scope and run large-scale experiments (A/B tests, campaigns) that move KPIs.
\n
• Partner with Eng, Product, Finance, Customer Support, Legal, and Supply Chain leadership to align on KPIs.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, CS, Data Science, Physics, or STEM.
\n
• 5+ years of experience in operations, growth, analytics, product management, or similar.
\n
• 3+ years of Python or SQL experience.
\n
• Advanced degree or dual background strongly preferred (engineering + business/economics).
\n
• Must be available to work extended hours and weekends.
\n
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, other SpaceX locations, and events.
\n
