Own and lead initiatives to improve Starlink customer experience, retention, and value.
Identify systemic defects; design and drive scalable solutions.
Analyze end-user metrics to uncover churn causes and growth opportunities.
Build, deploy, and maintain predictive models that surface retention risks.
Scope and execute large-scale experiments (A/B tests, campaigns) to move metrics.
Partner with Engineering, Product, Finance, Customer Support, Legal, and Supply Chain to align on KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, CS, Data Science, Physics, or STEM.
5+ years in operations, growth analytics, product management, or similar role.
3+ years in Python or SQL.
Advanced degree or dual background preferred (engineering + business/economics).
Demonstrated experience building scalable analytical tools and models.
Proven ability to thrive in ambiguity, fast pace, and deliver with minimal guidance.
