Apply Yardi and operations/financials to manage portfolio accounting and reporting.
Ensure accuracy in tenant reporting, billing, budgets, and leadership projects.
Recommend operational improvements by reviewing financial data.
Collaborate with Admin/Operations on metrics, due diligence, and investor reporting.
Liaise with leadership and JV partners to fulfill reporting and inquiries.
Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and drive process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years real estate reporting, Yardi/ERP, CAM reconciliations, and expense estimation.
