📋 Description

• Negotiate and manage contracts with healthcare providers to build a national ancillary network.
• Analyze provider performance and negotiate reimbursement rates.
• Navigate complex contract terms and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit national ancillary providers and resolve provider issues.
• Support contracting policies, workflows, and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with Claims, Credentialing, and Contracting teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in provider network operations or contracting.
• 1+ years in Health Insurance and/or Healthcare industry.
• 1+ years experience navigating large datasets such as claim files and provider rosters.
