Perform volumetric NDE inspections using PAUT and TFM/FMC techniques
Collaborate with UT Level 3s and NDE engineers on feasibility studies and qualification plans
Develop and publish part-specific NDE techniques for complex parts
Execute inspection plans across welding, AM, and composites areas
Work with vendors to troubleshoot and maintain NDE equipment
Mentor and provide training for less experienced inspectors

🎯 Requirements

NAS 410/SNT-TC-1A Level 2/3 certification in PAUT or equivalent
2+ years PAUT experience in aerospace production
2+ years analyzing inspection data to acceptance criteria
Current ASNT UT Level 3 certification
QA/QC and Lean manufacturing concepts experience
Knowledge of NASA/AMS/AWS/ASME/ASTM standards
CAD familiarity
Experience inspecting AM materials, FSWs, OTWs
