- Own onboarding: determine NDE method, review suppliers, ramp parts to rate
- Drive product improvements and drawing updates to reduce risk, lead times, and cost
- Review NDE requirements, root-cause issues, and drive corrective actions with suppliers
- Lead containment activities for NDE processes with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with procurement to identify and qualify exceptional suppliers
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- 6+ years of manufacturing or processing engineering experience
- Experience with machining, sheet metal, composites, and related processes
- Experience with aerospace NDE methods: ET, MT, PT, UT, RT/DR, VT
- Knowledge of PPAP, APQP, FAI and supplier quality processes
- Knowledge of ISO 9000/TS/AS9100 and quality systems
