Coordinate with process stakeholders to unify Mfg Quality NDE data into a central minable DB
Reduce human factors via automation in data collection, routing, and decisions
Show correlation and automated prediction between defects and process inputs; certify PoC with customers
Collaborate with NDE Level 3 and engineers to develop feasibility studies, PODs, and qualification plans
Interface with stakeholders to ensure qualification data meets external specs and audit ready documentation
Mentor and train junior engineers

🎯 Requirements

BS or MS in engineering
5+ years of NDE experience with acceptance criteria
Technical knowledge in Digital RT, CR, ECA, PAUT
Understanding of welding flaw acceptance criteria
Experience performing statistical analyses using R or Python
Verifiable experience designing and qualifying automated NDE systems
