Sr. Motion Graphics Designer

📋 Description

• Design and produce motion graphics for campaigns, social, and events.
• Lead motion design projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines and feedback.
• Collaborate with brand, video, content, and marketing teams to craft cohesive brand narratives.
• Build and evolve Filevine's motion design system with templates and guidelines.
• Mentor junior designers on animation craft, workflows, and fundamentals.
• Partner with external teams on editing, color, sound, and VFX for long-form content.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional motion design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expert in After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Deep understanding of animation principles, motion theory, typography in motion, color theory, and storytelling.
• Experience with brand systems and evolving motion guidelines.
• Strong project management; manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication; present and defend creative decisions to stakeholders.
