  • Support US Medical Affairs strategy for encaleret in ADH1 and chronic hypoparathyroidism.
  • Lead evidence generation planning and execution (RWE, Phase 4, registries, IIR).
  • Lead omnichannel HCP engagement strategy, combining field and digital approaches.
  • Build strategic relationships with KOLs, investigators, and external stakeholders.

  • MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree.
  • 7+ years in Medical Affairs/Clinical Development or related roles.
  • Deep experience in endocrinology, rare diseases, or metabolic disorders.
  • Experience supporting late-stage development, launch readiness, and post-marketing activities.
  • Strong scientific and clinical acumen; translate data into insights.
  • Leadership and influence in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
