- MD, DO, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree.
- 7+ years in Medical Affairs/Clinical Development or related roles.
- Deep experience in endocrinology, rare diseases, or metabolic disorders.
- Experience supporting late-stage development, launch readiness, and post-marketing activities.
- Strong scientific and clinical acumen; translate data into insights.
- Leadership and influence in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
