🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- 5+ years in mechanical/HVAC infrastructure design or build
- PE license (preferred)
- Expertise in HVAC controls architecture, programming, and implementation
- Proficient with DDC/PLC and building automation platforms (Niagara, Metasys, Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
- Knowledge of codes and permitting processes
