- CAD modeling and design of HVAC systems.
- Fluid analyses for pressure balance and consumables.
- Collaborate with production, avionics, GNC, mission ops; extend hours as needed.
- Ensure designs are manufacturable and reliable for production transfer.
- Material selection, sizing, procurement support.
π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- 5+ years with fluids components (valves, pumps, COPVs, compressors, heat exchangers, transducers, sensors).
- Master's degree in engineering. (Preferred)
- Hands-on experience with fluid handling systems.
- Data acquisition/instrumentation: pressure transducers, thermocouples, RTDs, relays.
- NX/CAD with GD&T per ASME Y14.5-1994; life/fracture analysis; independent work.
