🎯 Requirements

- 8+ years designing and maintaining HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systems.
- Clean-room design/maintenance experience and environmental control.
- AutoCAD/Revit (beginner/intermediate); ASHRAE/NFPA/IBC knowledge.
- PM experience: scheduling, budgeting, and contractor management.
