Sr Mechanical Design Engineer II

📋 Description

• Drive product development from concept to manufacturing.
• Lead ideation of new product concepts for subsystems and systems.
• Construct and analyze high-fidelity prototypes.
• Perform detailed mechanical analysis via FEA, tolerance, testing.
• Collaborate regularly with domestic and international stakeholders.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Develop engineering expertise through a dynamic learning environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 12+ years in product design for high-end consumer electronics.
• Experience leading 2-5 mechanical engineers.
• Creo or similar 3D CAD proficiency.
• Experience with plastic injection molding, stamped metal, die-cast, and machined parts.
• Strong DFM/DFA and tolerance management for high-volume manufacturing.
