🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in materials science/engineering or related field
- 5+ years developing metal casting technologies
- 3+ years metallographic characterization: SEM-EDS, optical microscopy, hardness testing
- Master's or PhD in materials science or metallurgy
- 5+ years SX casting experience
- Ni-based superalloy casting experience
