Drive end-to-end materials R&D from concept to product.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in materials science, electrical engineering, or related field.
5+ years in microelectronics device R&D or manufacturing.
Master's or PhD in materials science, electrical engineering, or related field (preferred).
Semiconductor device physics background; CVD/PVD experience.
Electrical tests (IV, CV, Hall) and optical characterization.
Travel up to 25% and willingness for extended hours.
