  • Set up, implement, and optimize lifecycle channels including email, push, in-product messaging, SMS, and WhatsApp
  • Build and maintain automated, behavior-driven multi-channel journeys
  • Design and launch a robust subscription center with granular preferences
  • Manage data integrations, automations, and reporting with CRM/Data teams and vendors
  • Ensure CAN-SPAM compliance, deliverability, and best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate strategy into technical solutions and QA

🎯 Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in marketing tech or lifecycle marketing
  • Hands-on Braze; multi-channel orchestration; Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or HubSpot
  • Email design mastery; HTML/CSS; reusable templates
  • Build multi-channel lifecycle journeys across email, push, SMS, in-app
  • Experience with data integrations, APIs, workflows
  • Collaborative cross-functional partner with CRM/Data teams
