- M.S. or Bachelor's in Statistics, CS, Math, ML, Economics or related field.
- 5+ years in data science/advanced analytics and 5+ years building analytical models.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing measurement (attribution, MMM, lift) with marketing experience.
- End-to-end experimentation experience and translating results into decisions.
- Tableau (or similar) and Python, R, SQL with hands-on coding.
- Interest in applying AI/ML to marketing analytics and automation.
- Strong problem-solving and communication; stakeholder management.
- Experience with multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Innovative mindset, able to tackle nebulous problems end-to-end.
- Experience with LLM tools, web scraping, data providers, or AI automation.
- Experience analyzing B2B marketing strategies and lifecycle.
- Familiarity with web analytics, tracking platforms, CRM tools, and cloud data pipelines.
- Comfort with exploratory data work and testing new data sources.
