Analyze parts and assemblies for DFM to optimize manufacturability
Collaborate with design, production, and support; maintain supplier/customer relationships
Coordinate with manufacturing, design, machinists, technicians, and quality
Implement process controls for lights-out production; reduce in-cycle intervention
Identify, procure, install machine shop equipment; ensure maintenance and calibration

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing, materials engineering, or other engineering discipline
6+ years of professional experience with high precision machining
3+ years of experience with CNC machining
Master's degree or PhD in an engineering discipline
3+ years of experience in a leadership position in a manufacturing environment
Strong to expert level 3D CAD skills, including advanced surfacing and large assemblies
