🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics.
- 5+ years of machining experience.
- Experience taking products from R&D into production.
- Master’s degree or PhD in engineering.
- 3+ years leadership in manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency with CNC programming, GD&T, and metrology.
