🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in workplace ops/facilities in multi-site, multinational environments (tech co preferred).
- 6+ years of people leadership across regions.
- Experience overseeing multi-region facilities: leases, coworking, HQs.
- Strong technical facilities knowledge: building ops, maintenance, compliance, vendor management.
- Experience setting/managing KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and vendor governance for cost efficiency.
- Cross-functional partner with Workplace, Real Estate, Security, Design & Construction, and execs; data/AI tools; degree or equivalent; IFMA preferred.
