- Own feature definition and development of Starshield user products (e.g., terminals).
- Primary contact for US Government requirements for Starshield user products.
- Drive end-to-end trades, interfaces, testing, and verification with stakeholders.
- Ensure on-time deliverables, risk mitigations, and mission success.
- Mentor team, foster innovation, and grow product adoption across the US Government.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's in engineering or science.
- 8+ years in aerospace, space, and/or defense industries.
- 5+ years leading hardware/software integration into government systems.
- 3+ years managing technical teams.
- Deep technical understanding of SpaceX tech, user products, and comms/satcom integration.
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
