  • Lead HRIS/HCM tech stack (Lattice, Enboarder, Paycom, Greenhouse) and global Total Rewards.
  • Manage HRIS/HCM projects, implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Ensure HR systems support HR processes, data management, and reporting.
  • Oversee health and welfare benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability).
  • Design and manage global compensation strategies and salary structures.
  • Use data-driven metrics to drive insights for People Ops and growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years in global compensation and benefits; 2+ years in a Senior Manager role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Professional HR certifications preferred: CCP or CEBS.
  • Experience designing salary structures and compliant programs.
  • Strong track record delivering results with HR systems, compensation, and benefits.
  • Experience managing HR systems including leading implementations and integrations.
