π― Requirements
- 6+ years in global compensation and benefits; 2+ years in a Senior Manager role.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Professional HR certifications preferred: CCP or CEBS.
- Experience designing salary structures and compliant programs.
- Strong track record delivering results with HR systems, compensation, and benefits.
- Experience managing HR systems including leading implementations and integrations.
