📋 Description

  • Identify, implement, and optimize HRIS/HCM tech: Lattice, Enboarder, Paycom, Greenhouse.
  • Lead HRIS/HCM projects, including implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Ensure HR systems support HR processes, data management, and reporting.
  • Manage health and welfare benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability).
  • Design global compensation strategies and salary structures for equity and competitiveness.
  • Use data-driven metrics to drive People Operations insights and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of global compensation and benefits; 2+ years in a senior manager role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
  • HR professional certification (CCP or CEBS preferred).
  • Experience designing salary structures and benefits programs compliant with laws.
  • Strong track record delivering results with HR systems, compensation, and benefits.
  • Experience managing HR systems, including leading implementations and integrations.
