  • Customer-facing role managing a large regional tech support team
  • Analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented and comfortable in a startup environment
  • Hands-on in systems troubleshooting, networking, Linux, JVM, and Java debugging
