- Experience with cloud-native SaaS (AWS/Azure/GCP), big data, or Apache Spark
- Customer-facing role managing a large regional tech support team
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team-oriented and comfortable in a startup environment
- Hands-on in systems troubleshooting, networking, Linux, JVM, and Java debugging
